Having trained with both HFE and Body Control Pilates, Caldy's classes merge the classical pilates repertoire with contemporary variations and approaches, always working intuitively with the bodies in the room. 

Through her classes expect to explore the fundamentals of Pilates in a supportive environment, with emphasis on core control, fluid movement from the centre and spinal articulation and mobility, whilst cultivating a sense of moving from an inner body awareness. Caldy is interested in skill building clients in the Pilates method, so throughout her classes she'll offer ways in which clients can progress their practice into intermediate and advanced variations of mat or reformer work. She regularly trains with classical pilates teachers and at Body Control Pilates.
