we dance, we stretch, we strengthen 


One hour to move your body with freedom and thought, incorporating dance, yoga, pilates and breath to warm up the muscles, articulate the joints and find space in the spine. Using breath as the impetus to move and utilising imagery and improvisation, the class aims to leave you creatively inspired by your own unique body. 

Tuesdays 18:00 - 19:00

Fridays 08:45 - 09:45
